Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?
No. When you join for free, you receive our member’s only prices.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only retailer.
Are the products authentic?
Yes, every product we list on our site is guaranteed with 100% authenticity. Our passion for discovering new design drives us to seek out original work.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.
* If the item is shipped from our warehouse in US, it will be 1-3 weeks (It will be written on product page)

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
How can I check my order status?
To check the status of your orders please login with your username and password and follow the tab labeled “Orders” under your account.
How can I modify an order?
Our members can only cancel an order within five minutes after the order has been placed. To do so, please contact our service specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org
What’s feetmat Return Policy?
Merchandise from feetmat is Final Sale. If any part of your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you price match sales from other retailers?
If within seven (7) days of your feetmat purchase, you find the same item sold for a lower price by a different online retailer, feetmat will match that advertised price. Please email email@example.com to verify an eligible price match.
Our policy requires:
- Price match must be on a new item of identical style, size, and color.
- The item must be first quality.
- The retailer's promotions must be publicly visible on their site for verification.
- The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.
- The retailer's price must be published in U.S. dollars.
- feetmat does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.
- During feetmat promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or and feetmat promotion, but not a combination of both.
- Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items. One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.
- Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover Competitors' service prices, pre-order and trade-in offers, eBay store offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
- Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover any financing offers, bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, and items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by feetmat or a competitor.
- We reserve the right to disqualify a competitor's offer for price matching based on total effective costs in cart including but not limited to shipping fees.
- Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
Do you honor price adjusting for sales and promotions on feetmat?
If a previously purchased item is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, feetmat will adjust the price of an item, once. To verify a price adjustment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Include your original order number with your request.
- Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
Does feetmat ship internationally?
The tracking site says Delivered but I haven’t received my order yet.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer’s responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
Is my credit card information secure?
Completely. We take security very seriously and it is one of our absolute top priorities here at feetmat.
All of your data is SSL encrypted. We do not store or save any of your credit card information on our servers.
